DAEHAN Condensate pot and flow conditioner

CONDENSATE POT Model DHCP

The condensate pot is used to measure the following vapor or gas with hign condensability.

1). Is is used when the vapor should be condensed as the liquid state, because the vapor of which the temperature is more than 200 degree.

Therefore, the condensate is encloserd beforehand between the pot and the instrument.

However, if the temperature is below 200 degree, the tee and the plug are good enough for the transmitter, like the force balancing type of differential pressure gauge with diaphragm.

2). the condensate pot facilitates the condensation of the substance to be measured and broadens the contact area by using it in a laying position to minimize the the volume change of the instrument area in touch with the liquid.

3). The condensate pot is installed so as for both of high and low pressure to be at the same level within range of 45 degrees abgle above the horizontal level of outlet valve, because futher condensate should be recovered through the main pipe if the condensate reaches a certain level.
