Level Switch - Float Switch Type (เลเวล สวิทช์)

Operating Principle

Magnetic float type level switches detect the liquid level and send out contact signals of micro switch by ON-OFF action. A magnetic action between two magnet fully separated by each partition wall is utilized. 
One is built in another end of the float and the other is attached on the switch unit in the housing.

Magnetic float type level switches are widely used for Heavy fuel oil tanks, Settling tanks, Sludge tanks, Sewage tanks, Fresh water tanks, Lub. oil tanks, D.O tanks and others.

 

สวิตช์ระดับแบบที่ใช้ลูกลอยกับแท่งแม่เหล็กถาวร เปลี่ยนระดับขึ้นลงตามน้ำหรือของเหลว ที่ตัวลูกลอยมีแกนติดอยู่ ดังนั้นแกนนี้จะเคลื่อนตัวขึ้นลงในแนวดิ่งไปตามระดับน้ำด้วย ปลายด้านบนของแกนมีแท่งแม่เหล็กถาวรติดอยู่ สวิตช์แม่เหล็กถูกติดตั้งไว้ภายนอก เมื่อระดับของเหลวสูงขึ้นจนแท่งแม่เหล็กถาวรยิ่งติดอยู่กับแกนสูงขึ้นจนอยู่ในระดับเดียวกับสวิตช์แม่เหล็กด้านนอก มันจะถูกดูดให้เข้าใกล้กันมากขึ้น ทำให้สวิตช์ปรอทต่อเชื่อมกัน เมื่อระดับของลูกลอยต่ำลง แรงแม่เหล็กที่ดูดกันของแท่งแม่เหล็กและสวิตช์แม่เหล็กน้อยลง สปริงจะดึงรั้งสวิตช์ทำให้สวิตช์ปรอทตัดวงจรออก

ข้อดีของการใช้สวิตช์แม่เหล็ก คือ สวิตช์แม่เหล็กและตัวลูกลอยจะแยกกันอยู่เด็ดขาด อันตรายที่อาจเกิดจากไฟรั่วที่ตัวสวิตช์จะไม่เกิดขึ้น แต่ไม่เหมาะกับของเหลวที่มีอุณหภูมิสูงกว่าบรรยากาศมากนัก เพราะแม่เหล็กที่ใช้จะเสื่อมคุณภาพในเวลาอันสั้น               

 

FLOAT TYPE LEVEL SWITCH (MODEL: ST)
Feature
Ideal suite on liquid tank of oil, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.
Principle
Hermetically-sealed reed switch inside the stem are activated by the permanent magnet inside the float which rises & fall with the change of liquid level.
Resistance value is change according to the operation of reed switches.
Total resistance value is selected by the unit & transmit relay output.

VERTICAL MAGNETIC FLOAT TYPE LEVEL SWITCH

Introduction
The float and body of this model rotates around
a single point to induce a vertical linear
displacement to a machanism to actuate a heatproof
micro-switch.
